I. Reading and Approval of the Minutes
A. Meeting called to order by Eric Platter, KC0YCJ at 9:06 am on April 2, 2011
B. Reading of January 2011 and March 2011 minutes was read by Eric Platter, KC0YCJ.
C. Treasurer, Donna Roland, KB0RQJ reported that the club has $1,175.06. All checks have cleared.
II. Reports of Officers, Boards and Standing Committees
- An update of DXing and other contesting opportunities given by Bruce Quayle, K0ARY from the Technology Committee.
- The website www.W0MA.org was mentioned by John Taylor, K0QH as another resource for DXing.
- Chuck Wehking, N0EIS from the Public Service Committee provided an update regarding HARN and possible adding St. Anthony to our hospital check-ins. MEPN information was also shared regarding expanding it to the south.
III. Unfinished Business and General Orders
G. HF rawchew each Thursday night at 7 pm on 3.963. An opportunity to practice your HF skills with other club hams!
H. The Jefferson Memorial Net will be held on April 11, 2011 at 8 pm
I. HAM Fest on April 30, 2011 at 7 am
J. The next Board Meeting is April 22, 2011 at 10 am at The Kitchen in Pevely, MO

K. A presentation on Emergency Communications by Jon Schaumann, W0KZ.
